Lucy is a fun and gentle, high-energy seven-month-old, 40-pound, German Shepherd-mix looking for a loving home. She looks just like a mini German Shepherd with possibly a little Chow mixed in. Lucy was rescued from an overburdened pound in southern Illinois and transferred to Animal Adoption Associates in Chicago to find a great home.
She is crate-trained and working on perfecting her housebreaking. Lucy loves to play with other dogs and would be happiest joining a househould with at least one other dog to play with. Lucy also loves children, but not too young as she still jumps up on people and can easily knock down a small child. She chases cats so she’d do best in a household without felines.
Lucy is very healthy, spayed, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines and micro-chipped. To meet and possibly adopt her, please contact Samantha at animaladoption@hotmail.com or call 773-615-9864. Her adoption fee of $250 supports the rescued pets of Animal Adoption Associates.
